This house in Maastricht is designed by Niels Maier of Studio Niels.
The only contrast in this absolutely white house is the floor – long almost black boards. And it seems it’s done specially to emphasize the uncompromising whiteness of the whole space.
Living in white interior is not a good choice for everyone. It’s scary to think what will happen if you pour red wine on this spotless white sofa from Vitra. Every thing that lies in wrong place in this house will immediately strike the eye.
But this house looks luxurious in the photos! I envy people who can live like this!
Whiteness combined with minimalist design highlights all the architectural bonuses of the house: high ceilings, stucco molding, large windows and doors. Magnificent!
