And once again about the “green” trend in interior design.
Today I want to show you a new restaurant Väkst, opened in the Latin Quarter in Copenhagen.
In the center of the restaurant – a large greenhouse, built through the two floors of the space. The greenhouse and abundance of flowers – all this takes guests to the garden, located right in the city center.
The kitchen of the restaurant focuses on vegetables, but without being dogmatic. It offers a grill steaks, cooked fish and fresh shellfish.
