This is not an apartment, but an office located in the SOMA district of San Francisco.
In recent years the design studio founded by Nicole Hollis, tripled in size and new space has become a necessity.
Before it was an industrial building with tech office in small rooms.
Nicole wanted to create “a creative laboratory—a white canvas where the staff have all the tools they need but can also be inspired and encouraged to collaborate”.
Walls were torn down and new concrete floors were made and the result is Hollis’ signature: black and white palette and a bit of noirish glamour.
