This house with a sea view built on a steep hillside on the island of Corsica. The house is designed and built with the cooperation of the architect Aurélie Barbey and designer Marie Thurnauer. The project was quite difficult to manage, since the construction on these slopes covered with huge boulders.
The simple house is made of pine, painted black.
The designers wanted simple things combine aesthetics with function. Even without trying to outshine the beauty of the island itself.
