London house is returned to modern life

This large London house was originally owned by an artist and served as a studio, gallery and private residence. Later it was turned into a four apartments house.

Designer Rose Uniacke completely transformed a house, and it became again a family house – with a patio, a cinema, wine cellar, spa and pool.

This project required large investments and a lot of work. All that could be restored, has been carefully restored.

Natural textures of marble, wood, limestone, rough linen, muted shades – all this gives the house a special energy, comfort, tranquility and presentability.

The decor is a mix of modern and antique. Furniture and art – everything in this house is living in balance and harmony.

Technologically the house is very modern and functional – sound and temperature are controlled through hidden iPads in every room.

It’s so wonderful when an historical building is returned to modern life.
