In the summer of 2009, Charles and Julie Carmignac fell in love. Not for themselves, but for the house. They were going to get married and were looking for a future home. They found it in the 14th arrondissement in Paris. Charles, member of folk-rock band “Moriarty”, and his girlfriend, actress and writer, were fascinated by the house, and bought it for 1.3 million euros.
The couple liked the rustic and antique aspect of building, so they decided not to change anything there. But they brought some personal things that reflect their character and personality to interior.
