Brooklyn brownstone residence

This home in a Brooklyn brownstone built in 1910 belongs to Jeff Madalena (co-founder of clothing brand Oak) and Jason Gnewikow (a former musician and graphic designer).

The owners wanted to create a place where they can rest from their very cluttered lives, and they wanted a place where they could cook dinner, chill-out, and carry out the day. To do this, they chose a simple black-and-white palette.

This minimalist design emphasizes the classical features of the apartment and two styles complement each other perfectly.

If you are interested in the details, I will outline the things that I identified: View Stainless Steel Floor Lamp by Modway Furniture, Franklin Chandelier by Menu, Cherish Wood Lounge Chair by Modway Furniture, Salt Chair designed by Tom Kelley, Industrial Storage Coffee Table (West Elm).
